Steps to Completing a Developer Fee
Steps:
- Complete the Developer Fee Application.
- Bring completed application, county permit application and project drawings, to the District Office (20932 Big Canyon Road, Middletown) for review.
- Checks can be made payable to Middletown Unified School District or MUSD. Our current rate is $5.17 per square foot for residential and $.84 for commercial.
- Please be sure that the APN numbers on the project drawings and the county permit application match.
We do not charge for covered porches or garages.
If you are rebuilding a home that was burned by the Valley Fire you may be entitled to a credit. Please call our business office for more details. 707.987.4100
